For several months, more than half of employed Americans transitioned to working from home. Free from the daily grind of commuting and sitting in a cubicle for eight hours a day, people were finally able to nourish their bodies in one of the healthiest ways possible: sleep.
Now, as America plans for a return to normalcy and businesses begin to reopen, it will be a rude awakening to our sleep and our health.

…says Dr. Porter. According to Dr. Porter, a few brief tips for better sleep include limiting screen time before bed, avoiding naps or drinking caffeine in the afternoon, and reserving the bedroom for sleep only.
