From everyday challenges to traumatic events, we all face anguish, adversity, and other stresses. But in the post-COVID era, it’s a whole new ballgame with even more obstacles and much more uncertainty.

Our mental and physical well being is still at risk, our jobs and “normal” lifestyles have been compromised, and coming out on the other side has everything to do with the proper mindset.

“Despite life’s current astonishing circumstances, we need to re-train our brain and control any disruptive feelings. Replacing these negative thoughts with positive affirmations will enable a more productive, grateful, happy life in the midst of the chaos,” says author and self-help coach Annie Evans.

Annie Evans, author of the newly released book Live for a New Day, has endured heartache and trauma beginning at a very young age continuing well into adulthood. Starting over ‘from scratch’ many times, she developed and continues to use a process that helped her to retrain her brain, adopting the proper mindset to replace subconscious limiting beliefs with positive ones. She wants us all to be able to transcend challenges and live the lives we want and deserve within our control.

We are all subject to sudden and radical change, it is best to be prepared to weather the storms without losing our bearings. Strive to live and love fully in every moment, regardless of any crisis that may have happened or might happen!
