The pandemic has changed nearly every aspect of our lives and the holidays are no exception. Although our celebrations will look very different this year, one thing that has not changed in the COVID era: our love of holiday treats! After months of uncertainty and global turbulence, people will be leaning on the holidays more than ever to cheer themselves up and indulgent comfort foods are sure to play a central role.
According to Dr. Robert Kiltz, navigating nutrition during the holidays is never easy but in the COVID era, it’s an important consideration.

According to Dr. Kiltz, you don’t have to compromise all the things you love in order to be healthy and feel good.
